Khumbu - for many trekkers and climbers a magical name. The remote region in the northeast oft Nepal lies high in the Himalya and reaches to the foot of the highest mouintain in the world. Here is the home of the Sherpas with their own cultur. Beside the Mount Everest are another famous Himalyan summits.
